We are raising funds to continue the work we do and asking you to get more involved by taking on a few walking challenges. All profits go toward future sessions to support members of the community.

5km, 10km, and now 15km, this time we are in the Peak District and walking from the beautiful Ilam Hall Country Park.
A little further with a few more hilly bits to keep you challenged.
Don't worry though, it will be at a pace where we can chat, admire the scenery, and grab a coffee and sandwich as we please. There's no rush on these events.

Between the adventurous outside activities and the classroom coaching it's sometimes very hard to describe what exactly it is we do...
The video will give you another insight into the LUP. Audio taken from week 7 of the 10-week Mindset & Behaviour course.
At the heart of every problem lies a miscommunication between people. I have known this since a boy and learned to look at a problem from many different angles understanding that the path of least resistance is not always the best way.
Being black and finding myself adopted into a working class white family and living in a predominately white mining town, presented many opportunities for me to find out about people. The good, the bad, and the ugly! Yep! it was my wild west (in the East Midlands).
After 54 years of searchingI finally found, and connected with, my natural family.
This filled a void that had been in my heart, helping me to understand the vast array of emotions I have experienced throughout my life.
Navigating daily life was a little bit different for me in the early years, this led me to develop positivity, empathy, and strategy to flourish.
I consider myself lucky to have instinctively developed positive coping mechanisms, when it's not easy we are learning something new.
I've never been shy to ask an open and honest question, and although some people struggle with this I found that it served me well.
Hard work and always ready to 'step up to the plate', I gained a vast amount of knowledge and an ability to step back from a problem and offer a different view point.
I guess 35 years in an industry will do that.
There are many unhappy souls out there, who may only need a kind word, a sympathetic ear and a view from a new perspective.
If i am available I will take a call, if you leave a message I will get back to you as soon as I am free.
