As part of the ‘building confidence’ session the guys are invited to get up and share their thoughts on what they have learned over those 10 weeks.
For me this is the most powerful and rewarding part.

After a bit of research we decided to attempt this loop knowing full well there would be obstacles.
It's always good to push yourself out of your comfort zone, and this little skirmish did just that!
What did i take from the day? Sometimes we only see obstacles, but if we persist we always find a way. Look past the problem to see the challenge!
